Lot 321:
Original WWII era French Order of the Franco Outremerien, Officer Grade, to US Army Officer Colonel Anthony G. Merritt. In WWII he was assigned to the Finance and Accounting Office in Paris. He retired and lived in Hawaii. The medal is in good condition and is in the original box.
