This promotion commission document reads, Williams name and “Second Lieutenant Sixth-Fifth Regiment Infantry, National Guard New York”. Document size is 12 x 18.5 inches. The size of the photograph is 10.75 x 12 inches. The photo itself is good. The frame has rounded corners. Nice condition for their ages.
