WWII AAF Army Nurse Corps Khaki Officers Overseas Hat & Insignia Group. The insignia includes Army Nurse Corps (Pinback & marked with the NS Meyer logo) and U.S. collar brass. Also included is gold 2nd Lieutenant Bars marked Balfour 1/20K GF. Size of the overseas hat is 21. Stamped Army Air Corps and Knox, New York. There is a tag stitched in the cap which in part reads Type K-1, Knox Hats For Women. Gold and black piping. Nice condition.
