WWII USN Navy Group Plus Scrapbook Ribbon Photos Lot. Lieutenant Junior Grade Vincent B. Welch group which includes a scrapbook of his days during WWII (stationed at Los Negros, Admiralty Islands) along with his wife Barbara, photos, ribbon, ensign insignia, ensign document, post cards, Western Union Telegrams, Court Martial General Closing Arguments (Vincent Welsh won), cards, news articles, plus much more. Barbara Welch during WWII was a highly sought after Physiotherapist working with children who had Polio. Needless to say, this group has a little bit of everything that will help you to understand what Vincent and Barbara Welch did during WWII. The condition is consistent with scrapbooks during the WWII era. Pages are loose and items are loose within the scrapbook.
