WWII 1944 dated American Legion Post 196 Citation certificate to Mary Rodgers, mother of S/2c Garthia D. Rodgers who was lost when the USS Rowan was sunk in 1943 in the Mediterranan. Comes with the certificate, card on the back, and a copied page of info about him. He was from Brownwood, Texas.
