Description
Original 1971 plaque as shown from US Army Brigadier General Theodore H. Andrews. He earned two Silver Stars with the 143rd Infantry (36th Division) in WWII, and later was Asst. Div. Commander of the 7th Division in post war Korea. He retired as a Deputy Chief of Staff out of the Continental Army Command in 1971. Some of the attachments are crudely glued on, some missing. Scale shown in the last photo.
