Custom theater made embroidered ribbon bar and Parachutist wings as shown with Legion of Merit and several bullion Campaign Stars. Likely owned by a Colonel. Comes with a custom clutch back parachutist wing marked sterling on the reverse. Good overall condition with some fading to the ribbons.
