Description
USN Navy USS WASP Plank Owners Certificate & Photo. United States Ship WASP Plank Owners Certificate. Named to Charles Glavin Hireman (?) First Class USNR. These certificates were only awarded to sailors who were the first to be part of the ship upon commissioning. The certificate has creases and tears where the creases are located. A photo was found behind the certificate. It shows the recipient of the certificate a Yeoman First Class. The photo is in very good condition. The size of the photo is 8 x 10 inches. The certificate is 8 x 11 inches.
