WWII January 18th, 1944 issued VII US Corps Certificate of Award to A Battery, 116th AAA Battalion for destroying one Category I (confirmed destroyed) aircraft at 0135 hours on December 18, 1944 in Belgium. It is original signed by Colonel Fred B. Waters, VII Corps AA Officer. A handwritten name of Geo. S. Bergg is penciled on the side. Measures about 8 x 11 inches.
