Description
WWII original September 1st, 1945 issued certificate awarding Sgt. Charles E. Groce of the 385th Coast Artillery Battalion, Anti-Aircraft, the Belgian Fourragere for meritorious service in Belgium with the 9th Army Air Force during the War. It is original signed by Lt. Col. Firman K. Hayman, the unit commander and facscimilie signed by Brigadier General R.E. Nugent. Measures 8.75 x 11 inches.
