Medal of Honor (MOH) Recipient Marine Corps (USMC) General William Upshur Signed Photo. Inscribed: To Sergeant R.K. Yandell, USMCR with kindest regards- W.P. Upshur Maj. Gen. USMC. Size: 11 3/4 x 14 1/2 inches. Upshur was the recipient of the United States’ highest military decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions in 1915 during the Haitian Campaign.
