Custom sew on Navy Admiral ribbon bar on khaki backing from an Officer who served pre-WWI in the Mexican Border campaign, in WWI, numerous inter war campaigns, and the Pacific in WWII earning a Navy Cross, Navy Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star, Legion of Merit and more. Unknown who the Officer was, but worthy of more research.
