1951 Gene Autry Signed Letter. This piece is on official Gene Autry letterhead. This item does not come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). The consignor was a long time collector of signed / autographed sports, political and entertainment items. Approximate size is 7.25 x 10.5 inches. Good condition for its age. Gene Autry (September 29, 1907 – October 2, 1998) was an American entertainer who pioneered the musical Western genre and successfully transitioned into a multi-millionaire business mogul. He is uniquely distinguished as the only person to receive stars in all five categories on the Hollywood Walk of Fame: radio, records, film, television, and live performance/rodeo. Autry’s career spanned seven decades.
