US Navy 1954 Operation Castle Atomic Test & Joint Task Force Seven Named Certificates named to CHBOSN (Chief Boatswain) Kenneth J. Ballou. One certificate, the Joint Task Force Seven achievement certificate for Meritorious Service in Connection with Atomic Energy Tests at Eniwetok-Bikini is signed by Major General P.W. Clarkson. The other certificate is for Ballous participation in Operation Castle at Eniwetok. The certificates shows signs of soiling and handling due to their age. One certificate has a rough right side in which it is torn.
