Description
Franklin Mint 1:48 scale cast model RAF Mk1 Spitfire to commemorate the Battle Of Britain Anniversary. An official Issue of the Royal Air Force Museum, Hendon, England. One of Franklin mints first WWII Aircraft commissioned by RAF Hendon Museum to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Battle Of Britain aircraft is in good overall condition with a retractable undercarriage wheels and removal engine Cowling to reveal Rolls-Royce Merlin engine. This aircraft is displayed on a hardwood base. There is no box with this piece. Approximate size is 7.75 inches.
