Description
WWI group to Charles Benter, with the first issue of the Good Conduct from his seervice aboard the USS Idaho in 1912. Subsequent bars are RS Philadelphia, Receiving Ship Band, Receiving Station US Navy Yard Washington DC. The 1911 – 1917 Navy Mexico medal is numbered on the rim. The GCM is coming off the medal bar, and one medal is missing.
