Description
U.S. Army Air Forces AAF Case Load Adjuster Instrument Lot of 3. Each Load Adjuster is marked different. Included is the Beechcraft JRB 3, 4, 6 and Beech SNB 3, 4, 5. On this specific leather holder is serial number 4366. The leather holder is missing its flap opening. Marked: Cox and Stevens Aircraft Corp & Property of U.S. Government. The second load adjuster is Curtiss C-46E & F. This leather holder is serial numbered 166144. Marked: Cox and Stevens Aircraft Corp & Property of U.S. Government. The third Load Adjuster has Douglas R6D-1 and Douglas C118A. This one appears to be missing the sliding part. Since we do not know how to use these pieces, we are unsure if they are functional.
