Description
This poster shows soldiers gathering at a Y.M.C.A. dugout canteen. The poster is trying to raise money for the YMCA to build centers overseas for the soldiers during World War I. It reads in part: At the Sign of the Red Triangle. The Y.M.C.A. Keeps the Home Ties From Breaking. Help take the Red Triangle to Our Boys–Many will give their Lives. All can give their Money. Lithograph by John F. Butler. Produced by Globe Lithographing Company, New York. Approximate size is 24 x 38 inches. Condition is good for its age. There are some rough edges, dog eared corners and a piece missing at the bottom. When shipped, this poster will be delivered rolled.
