Description
Original group from Pvt. John M. Kozak of New Jersey, an Infantryman in the 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Division, wounded in action on the Anzio Beachhead in January 1944. The group includes his government hand engraved Purple Heart (misspelled last name), Bronze Star Medal, original wound telegram, and two original period newspaper articles about him.
