You will receive the following: 1966 signed Chairman’s Flag Stationary Joint Chiefs of Staff card attached to a letter from Wheeler’s Military Assistant, Colonel Wermuth. The Flag of the Chairman, Joint Chief of Staff paper, Official 4 page biography and The General Electric Formum Booklet. Wheeler is featured in this booklet with an article, How Can Military Strength Best Promote Peace? (35 pages). Top corner damage to the booklet. Wheeler was a United States Army general who served as Chief of Staff of the United States Army from 1962 to 1964 and then as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (1964-1970), holding the latter position during the Vietnam War.
