WWII 5th Air Force Aircrew Sergeant Hans E.A. Borner (Flight Chief) Archive Group. Borner was attached to the 22nd Bomb Group, 408th Bomb Squadron. Included in the group are the following plus much more. Promotion documents, dog tags, 5th Air Force Patch, Wings, 130 plus photos, certificates, ID cards, foreign money, news clipping, Honorable Discharge document, Enlisted Record and Separation paper, According to his Record Of Report Of Separation Honorable Discharge Paper Borner earned the American Defense Service Medal, American Service Medal, Asiatic Pacific Service Medal, Distinguished Unit Badge, Good Conduct Medal, Lapel Button, Philippine Defense Ribbon, with bronze star, The medals are NOT included in this group. Battles and Campaigns: Bismarck, Archipelago, East Indies, Eastern Mandates, New Guinea, Northern Solomons, Papua, Southern Philippines.
