Original WWII era raised seal certificate awarded by the Navy Department to Midshipman Warren Bennett Johnson, who entered the US Naval Academy in 1943, graduating in 1947. It is signed by Frank Knox, Secretary of the Navy. It measures 13.5 x 9.5 inches.
