Description
Large group from 1st Lt. Daniel Stringham of the 34th Bomb Group, 7th Bomb Squadron, 8th AAF who earned a Silver Star and later was Killed in Action over Europe. The group comes with his officially engraved Purple Heart, two full sized certificates, unnamed field issued Silver Star and Air Medals, and original documents and photos detailing his service, awards, and overseas experience. A very detailed archive to include dog tags and a ribbon bar from his cousin stationed in the Pacific, and his fathers WWI – 1920s era Army documents and certificates. Comes in a binder containing other research.
