Description
RARE WWII US Army Transport Service Commander Visor. The Transport Service was called "The Army’s Navy". The United States Army Transport Service (ATS) operated Army transport ships for both troop transport and cargo service between United States ports and overseas posts. The hat is in well used but solid condition, with the exception that the leather sweat band is loose. No size present. Very good used condition. (II B 203)
