Spanish American War SAW USS Maine Picture Frame. Excellent raised patriotic flags around an oval shaped frame. The frame itself is made from a heavy cardboard material. The size is 15.75 x 19.75 inches. The corners are dinged. Also, on the left side is missing a piece of the frame. Wear and handling dirt from age. Otherwise a nice piece.
